4 pens, actually. They come in boxes of 4. Also, I’m showing a no-insurance price. Amazon quotes a typical out-of-pocket insurance price of $40 per box, although that will vary considerably by insurance plan.
Were you quoting per-pen prices? That would bring the UK price close to the US price…and that doesn’t seem right.
(I haven’t tried quoting Mounjaro in Canada, but my/my wife’s expensive non-generic pills are generally available in Canada at prices where the self-pay price is slightly lower than our with-insurance copays.)
The pricing over here is a bit different.

This is all outside of insurance though. You get it prescribed privately but insurer does not cover yet in the UK IIRC.
I think they set it up this way to start low and then build up to your effective dose. They make a higher profit margin on the lower doses.
Then damn, that Brazilian price IS insane.
I bought a gallon of gas today. I think the last time I got gas was maybe September.

There’s a new flavor of M&Ms, peanut butter & jelly. It’s not going to be good, but I bought a small pack anyway. I’m going to regret that later when I have it.

I saw that there’s a PB&J coffee creamer . . . I love a good PBJ . . . but not caffeinated.
I want to know why good creamer never comes in chocolate. The only chocolate creamers I ever see are those shitty Coffee Mate or International Delight ones.
I think the closest is Chobani peppermint mocha.
Yup, but that’s seasonal, and I don’t always want the minty notes in my coffee.
next best thing is when I pour out a pack of hot chocolate and then brew a K-cup into it to make a lazy mocha
