Just checked, looks like my company will pay you out if you’re laid off but if you quit then you’re stuffed.

I think I accrue 24 days a year and I’ve worked there for 5 years.
We planned on a Japan vacation that I wanted at least 10 days off, so we were saving. But new company will give sufficient PTO or if I wanted I could take unpaid time and the raise will easily make up for it.
