I seem to get FB sponsored posts (ads) in my feed for restaurants from all over the country, TX and East Coast/South mostly, though some in CA. Sometimes I wish they were closer but mostly just annoying and I usually block them rather than just ignore them. I’m guessing I have 2X or 3X or more blocked than I have friends. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to stop the irrelevant ads from invading my feed.
Mine often depend on where my company’s IP is located that day. Note: I have no idea what this means, but Google tells me the weather in my company’s corporate office city, sometimes elsewhere (where my company’s central internet link?). Never CA.
