Can that be? How would anyone know, even the household involved, if it had less than one bag of trash per year? Surely if makes no sense to suggest that homes accumulate their trash and put it out only once a year, though if nothing would spoil it could be done.

Gee. Fairly often I repost (copy and paste) from this site. I don’t follow it, but it shows up in my FB feed almost as often as star trek memes, and usually I like what I see. (That’s like as my feeling; I doubt I’ve ever "Like"d a post from it.)
This one, though, is a major disappointment. While there are some legitimate questions about what happened and how, publicity stunt is very far below my radar.
