Reading that, Occam’s Razor suggests militia did this. Far more militias than ICE, in my opinion, in that part of the USA. And who will stop them? No one, that’s who.
No documentation, I’m just claiming random stuff on the internet.
And Facebook is definitely the place to post this, and not file a lawsuit, as attorneys and judges know how to do.
Baer, a longtime attorney and district court judge for the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arika Tribe, confirmed that he saw “ICE” on the desert camouflage uniforms worn by the officers.
I’m sure there are militias in Montana, I’m sure they’re not stupid enough to call themselves ICE.
It’s pretty easy to get camouflage uniforms in various patterns, and I imagine it’s not very difficult to get labels of various 3-letter acronyms affixed to them.
