Thanks, saw that released a bit later. His pants are still strangely tailored, with super wide legs and a huge amount of material around the waist.
That would be the result of being a vain, rich, fat man. Funky tailoring to try to hide the belly.

That explains the material around the waist, but not the strangely tailored legs. I don’t think he usually wore suits with weird legs during the 2016 campaign or his early years in office.
Some people speculated that his pants looked weird because he’s wearing adult diapers.
That would explain it. He’s only 74 though, which is a little young to be losing bladder function, but not unheard of.
Certainly the kind of thing you could understand him wanting to hide.
I get the extra fabric in the midsection to hide the diapers. The weird zoot suit legs doesn’t explain that. I am wondering if he got inspiration from his guy. Sorry for the shitty pic.

Curious so I checked. Per Wikipedia:
Roswell incident: July 8, 1947 TRUE
Mike Pence: June 7, 1959 FALSE
Donald Trump: June 14, 1946 FALSE
Paul Manafort: April 1, 1949 FALSE
Mitch McConnell: February 20, 1942 FALSE
The other bit in there is the claim that 1947 was 73 years ago. That was plausibly true when it was written. Given the inclusion of Mike Pence, the most obvious error, it seems likely that the meme was authored prior to January 6, 2021.
I’m not going to get into debunking the Roswell incident. 
BTW, Bill Clinton (August 19, 1946), George W Bush (July 6, 1946), and Donald Trump (June 14, 1946) were all born in span of 2 months & 5 days. That’s a pretty remarkable coincidence… especially considering that they did NOT serve consecutively!
