This one’s wrong. It is a law that a living person can’t be printed on our currency, not a rule.

If it is a law, then it is a rule as well. Arguably the post is wrong because getting a law changed is not necessarily a tough choice for him.

Well, they would either have to find some Dem senators to support the idea, or convince the Senate parliamentarian to let them get that law change through reconciliation before it actually happens.
