It needs to be repaired, which is fine. But as part of the repair process, they are painting it blue to look like a giant swimming pool.
I would think the color would have some influence on the pool’s reflective qualities
I forwarded the Derby one to my dad who asked if he really said that. He did not Dad. Your first clue should have been that he’s a horse.
