Interesting, non-humorous story about who came up with the idea. According to Politico, Bill Pulte, Director of the FHFA and part owner of the Pulte Homes business, got 10 minutes of face time with Trump at Mar-a-Lago. He brought along a 2’ x 3’ card with this image:
