While Americans are crude, rude drivers…if the US were in the middle, someone would complain about the improbability of both lawns being ruined on the way to our driveway. 
Does… the author believe that bloodsucking middlemen whose entire purpose is to say no is somehow NOT a feature of Medicare?

Isn’t there little requirement for approval for Medicare A and B? (while Medicare Advantage frequently does require approvals?)
After a conversation where my wife remarked that she didn’t know what a Tesla looked like because she didn’t think she had seen one (this was before Cybertrucks started appearing in our area), I’ve been pointing them out every time we’re out and about together. It’s become a “thing” for us.
I think you’ve just contaminated me into calling out “Swasticar!” instead of “Tesla!” going forward.

I must have been mixing up Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare has the fewest claim denials, while Medicaid has the most.
