Not closed, but they were vetting the people allowed near it for security.
Nice dig at Trump in there, if I interpret it a certain way:
Trump has developed no critical skills.
Guessing they closed the restaurant either for money or because Derek wants a cabinet position.
If that was a dig, it was so subtle that I didn’t notice it. The letter’s all nice and everything, but we all know it is just a CYA letter. We know the reason for the visit, and it has nothing to do with shining lights on anything.

So for the remaining 7 out of 8 Americans, I wonder how many have experienced that McDonalds is not more than a job and is not a pathway to critical skills development and meaningful career opportunities?
