Agree that its borderline. Mostly posting it due to the current Boeing issues and some insider trading issues that have cropped up quite a bit over the last few years.

Anywho, it is not an insider trade, since it is similar to buying a Chrysler, noticing how much it sucks from a build standpoint, and buying puts based on that knowledge.
