Could do 0-9, actually and still get 9. You’d just have to omit the part about the two-digit number. Just change it to “add all the digits”.

I read this headline and legitimately thought it would be something like “A state of emergency because people won’t be able to see in the dark” or “because God is angry”.

I believe they declared a state of emergency in niagara region, canadian side, last week. They’re I guess expecting 11 million people, so fair enough.
