The wrath of tropical storm Hillary. 42 million desperate souls in the path of the storm which made landfall several hours ago, but they let it right into the country because it’s Biden’s America.
Maybe there is a reason why there aren’t very many famous conservative comedians.

To be fair, he didn’t come up with the idea, but it’s been debunked a long time ago.
Or rather, maybe not “debunked” per se… it could possibly work but you’d need a bomb on the order of 2,000 times more powerful than the one dropped on Hiroshima, and the nuclear fallout from detonating such a bomb would have a far worse impact than the hurricane it’s slowing down.
But, that is why you would drop it while still near a country you don’t care about

(I was just reading about one or more new build-to-rent developments a couple counties over in the big city, and J2 and I are like wtf)
I’m constantly thankful I bought in 2018. Might not have been the absolute best time that 2010 would have been, but given that my home’s value is nearly doubled (and we’re close to verifying this as a neighbor sells), I feel I lucked out and new grads around this time are screwed.
J2 bought her house a few years ago through one of those {come live in the boonies in exchange for these favorable terms} type of programs. The house isn’t what a house could be, but the mortgage payment is unreal and our fur-babies are happy enough (and we are too). The house is in just her name, but to add me we would have to refinance which would be beyond dumb, so I’m perfectly content with the status quo.
