Yes, so tempting to chase possibilities, but realistically (easier said than done) much better to try an elimination word which will give you new info about multiple letters rather than taking a shot which gives you info about only one additional letter.

I wrote that about Quordle yesterday, but then almost paid the price for not doing that in Octordle today. Fortunately I ended up winning the last-chance 50-50
