OC1 Credit: THE INSTITUTES is not transferring to CAS directly?

I passed it in June last year, but it’s still not shown in my exam status section on CAS website.

Do I need to contact The Institutes? I remember it said it will be transferred automatically.

I’d start with the CAS first and see what they say.
