Something has changed recently
Old design was much better.
First, see that space between paragraphs? Wasn’t there in the past.
Second: tried to quote my weight post, so I could keep the history and add a date and weight. Could not undo the quotes. Top/bottom of quoted material is no longer explicitly shown with [..] and a [/quote]
Yeah spaces in between everything now.
You can “toggle” between “forms” using the indicated button:
In one form, it’ll put added spaces between lines. In the other, it doesn’t.
The difference is whether or not you see a preview of your post to the side.

But, I don’t recall this being there, or if it were there, having default set to the stupider format.
I think there was some update done that introduced that new functionality and had a default set to something “new”.
If i am in a thread, like Words, and enter an answer
I then go to play Connections, when i go back to the forum, i am now somewhere in the middle of Words, it used to be the bottom, which was much more convenient
The “GoActuary” logo/banner . . . which you can click to get to the “home page” . . . is sporadically missing from my view/page.
Is this a “server problem” or a “local problem”?
probably local. but the server seems slow lately? which might cause this too. we are on cheap shared hosting so who knows.
