For best record of this bunch; I have to go with the Raiders primarily because he’s the only HC that has demonstrated good results with the team he’s got.
For most improved, the Panthers have to be a sure shot gimme since all the others have a pretty high bar to get to before showing “improvement”.

Mr. Harbaugh was expected to have both the best & most improved record. However, both of those achievements go to Mr. Quinn.

I was half right, I did have Quinn to have the best record. Which in hindsight, should have meant I should have voted for him to have the most improved record as well.
