I think they will find out that a lot of people wanted to assassinate him but didn’t get the chance.

You would be surprised at how much money is involved now in the fertility industry.
Going the developed country route is very expensive (think many tens of thousands of $$ ££ €€) for most couples, so you have an increasingly large black market that exploits women in poorer countries to fill in the need for IVF eggs when couples cannot afford the higher fees.
Isn’t simply adopting an unwanted child from a poorer country a little less expensive, and a guaranteed live birth?
Adoption is still expensive and you have to jump through a lot of regulatory hoops.
Additionally, it really depends on the age of the child you are trying to adopt.
If older, they could come with a lot of medical and psychological problems
If younger, it could be medical.
It is not straight-forward. I had a friend from school that went through the process in UK/EU (she was trying to have children with her husband but it wasnt happening at 40) and she explained how difficult it can be.
In the end, she adopted first and then a few years later she got pregnant naturally. So now she has a mixed family with her husband.
Works for them but its probably an outlier.
