Every where I go and spend money there are new people working. Although they are a little clumsy in their new roles it warms my heart especially as the wages are rising too.
I wonder if all the people that want higher wages for employers had really thought this is what it looks like? Employers competing for workers instead of workers fighting each other to get in the door. This could be a good decade for labor.
