No, this is a correct view. We need a 2nd payer in case someone like RFK Jr. gets in charge of the 1st option.

And then when someone like Jeff Bezos takes over the 2nd option and decides to skimp on payments so he can have another 750 foot yacht, we’ll need a 3rd option.

And then when Peter Thiel takes over the 3rd option and decides to not pay so he can pwn all the imaginary libs, we’ll need a 4th option.

Yeah the other reason is that if I were to become a federal actutator I would be embarrassed for others to see my GS grade.
