Okay something that bothered me in movies is when an army is storming a castle with ladders like in Lord of the Rings, the ladders are always tall enough. Like nobody ever makes a mistake of making one too short and finding out when the ladder smacks that wall it’s just too short and they’re like, oh crap man.
Seems like this should happen at least every now and then so I cringe every time there’s a ladder scene.
