I suspect that it’s actually not as out of the ordinary as some protesters and protest-sympathizers would like those of us watching from our armchairs would like us to believe.
While the protests are nowhere near the warzones Big Brother claims, there is some law-breaking and property-damage occurring through the acts of a few protesters.
In this particular case, I’m under the impression that the Dem officials that were indicted were indicted not because they are accused of such acts, but rather because they are part of a “conspiracy” where an unknown conspirator behaved naughtily, and thus they are allegedly guilty through the transitory property of conspiracy.
