There really needs to be a banner on this site where really important messages like RPS signups can be mentioned.
It’s now globally pinned until next Monday or another mod unpins it.
Well, that is a start. Though, I don’t look down that far on that page. I’ll have to keep looking around in the ways I access to see how many times I see the pinned thread.

There is a “banner option” . . . but I don’t want to start there just yet as it might be too “in your face” for folks.
Globally pinned should mean that it should appear first in your “personal” feed as well as any “unread” filtering you might use. I think
