March Madness 2023 (a.k.a the annual Rock-Paper-Scissors tournament)

0.0041??

1/3 ^5

DUH. I tutor statistics a lot and the binomial distribution comes up frequently. Between all the coin flips and each player having a 1/2 chance of winning each game, I totally forgot the chance of a match was 1/3…

True, but…

She’s eligible for the mediocre mayhem tournament…

I was getting ready to say the same about you!

I knew it - you’re ALL about duplicating me!

You figured out my game. :grimacing:

That’s how I went 4-0 in the first game, just like you did.

Ugh, I don’t know if I should choose randomly or not.

Who will dare to throw the R @twig93 or @Klaymen ?

Well I’ve submitted my throws, but I’m not telling if/where any Rs appear.

That’s easy . . . A Trump Rally

GG @JFG I was really beginning to sweat this time.

Now  @Echo and @AbstractActuary show me your good stuff.

Well, shit. I should have gone with my first thought of paper as my first throw. :newspaper_roll:

I’d tell you to write that down for next time, but you, obviously, have nothing to write it on.

I’d wish you good luck but I’m pulling for @Echo at this point.

I will do my best to preserve the family honor. :dog:
