Interestingly, if you look at a “posted” image in the preview, you’ll see options for “downsizing” the graphic under the previewed image (choices: 100% (default), 75%, 50%).
It means that I’ve submitted my throws and we’re waiting on my opponent to submit throws.
After a few days without submitting a set of throws, UA? will place a “#” next to the player w/o throws to indicate that if they don’t respond soon, they’ll forfeit.

What VA said - it means that throws have been submitted, and are waiting for their opponent to submit throws (so in your matchup with gandalf, we’re waiting for you to submit throws - you’re the last person we need to have all active players on board! 
).
First update of the day… and wow, these regions are very different from one another!!
In the Whiskey Region, each match only had one player who has won a game (with 2 folks in 
territory!); in the MayanActuary Region we’ve got 3 series tied up at 1-1 (and 1 still tied at 0-0… )!
In the Whiskey Region, Paper is undefeated this round; in the MayanActuary Region Rock was not stopped!
