It’s even crazier that this lawyer had been previously sanctioned for allegedly using an expert opinion when said experts had no knowledge of the case, including in this case the dead expert. Googling him turns up some bad faith judgments against him. He’s also a “super lawyer” though, so I guess he gets enough hits to pay the bills.
