JWST thread

So I had seen a number of things about how the JWST was going to be placed at L2. But then I learned that it was not actually going to be placed at L2 (plus there are other things that have been put into orbit at L2 so maybe it might get crowded) but that it was going to be placed in an orbit around L2. And I was really confused about how it could orbit a point in space? How does it actually orbit nothing? So off to google I went and found this very useful YouTube explanation of how the JWST was inserted into an orbit around L2 and how it would actually stay there. Very interesting and informative if you have about 15 minutes for the whole video.
