As a hiring manager where do you post jobs? When you are looking for a job, what sites do you look at for openings?
I usually like going to the company websites themselves if Iām not super aggressively looking and have a spreadsheet to help in that effort but I think people commonly use the big actuarial recruiters (DWS, etc.) plus perhaps Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

I saw the following two qualifications for a job posting and I am not sure who they are trying to attract.
Bolded phrases are their emphasis not mine, which only makes it worse.
I thought ACAS/FCAS would be the target applicant. 
yea, I am not sure that there is any overlap between ASA/FSA and p&c experience
