Decades ago when I was in NY, I had a license plate of E2IPIN1, which I liked to tell people it meant nothing.

This is not a personalized plate, but it did cause me to be disappointed in myself:
I hadn’t previously considered the question of whether automated enforcement cameras can parse upside down plates.

If not for the F, they could get away with it
