I’m back to averaging 6-7 hours a night instead of 7-8. And exhausted in the afternoons. Going to quit one medication and add a second iron pill to see if those things make a difference.
Took an accidental two hour nap after dinner, which is now manifesting as insomnia. At least there’s King of Queens.

My chiropractor’s theory is that the excessive gamma rays are using up our melatonin.
I promise he’s not a quack but this is an interesting theory and I’m not sure if he was serious.

Not entirely a quack. He doesnt really get the causation quite right though. Melatonin acts like a DNA damage protector (anti-oxidant) when the body is damaged by higher energy particles like gamma rays.
