I'm going to build this (these) and here is the reason(s) why

I extended my planting bed. My neighbor suggested a tree of some sort. One that could pollinate some of his trees (he has an apple and a peach). I said let’s do a tart cherry tree. His neighbor has a pair. I’ve used the cherries for juice and an homebrew a few times. I have a few families of deers that like to eat any plant so I need to protect them. Fences are expensive and bulky looking. So I came up with this:

$100 for 50’ of the black fence
$60 for PVC
$15 for PVC primer and glue
$10 for zip ties

the zip ties occasionally break down bc of exposure to the elements. but overall so easy to use that it seems like a great idea

There are plastic ones ‘rated’ (not sure that’s the right word) for outdoor use. Or stainless steel ties.

Corny keg and carboy cleaning system for homebrewing.

Sump pump + 1/2” and 3/4” PVC + drilled holes + hose hookups = convenience. This fits in a 5 gallon bucket.
