I suspect that 35% of the American public will accept pronouncements by the current administration as truth, without exercising much thought or challenge.
Another 10-15% can be persuaded to buy into the party line.

According to MAGA, ICU nurse Alex Pretti was looking for trouble because he carried with a permit to a protest and deserved to be killed by ICE for recording them with a cell phone. Also, according to MAGA, unemployed 17 years old Kyle Rittenhouse was a hero because he showed up to a protest with a long gun he took from his parents house and shot people.
This letter from Bondi requesting some things that have nothing to do with immigration in exchange for ICE leaving is extortionate and basically an admission that this isn’t really about immigrants.
yesterday was awful. watching another video of a person being murdered (and many times, various anglkes) isn’t fun.

local news person played a noem comment and then said “if youve seen the video, i’ll just leave those comments alone for you to digest” bc they likely have station owner in their ear telling them to be “more neutral” and even then, there are limits.
