I’m normally a two cup guy as well, but with the new espresso machine I’m looking for excuses to drink more. Last night we got home from a concert at midnight, so three cups.

I cut to one cup a day as my norm but had another today. Cup = coffee container, which is more than 8 oz (usually 12-16 oz).
My “one cup” was a 20 ounce Stanley mug. Wonder why the withdrawal has been so bad 
One of those ounces was heavy cream, so just 19 ounces of coffee!
I’m currently trying to decide if it is too early for coffee. Planning on having breakfast out at a coffee shop when it opens at 6:30, making my own first means having a 3rd cup at lunch.
