I am going to buy this (these) today and reasons why

So, sell it, unless you want to keep it. I wanted to keep my Mom’s China set, at least in case one of my kids gets married and needs a China set. But, again, no room to keep it, and I already have my Grandmother’s China Set.
There are places online to get replacement pieces, so they might be willing to take it all off your hands, at, say, 10 cents on the dollar.

I get that, but what would you sell for?
[m-s]It is called “negotiating.” [/m-s]

I picked up a nice Breville machine on Facebook marketplace for over 50% off. Looked brand new and had most of the parts (stuff you can find on amazon for $10). It’s one of those things that I think people frequently buy and then end up not using.

Cromolyn Sodium - recommended by my daughter to slow my death by allergies

Bet that’s orders of magnitude better than Cromulent Sodium (which is how I first read that).

So I’ve been going to the coffee shop every morning to get a latte…

At $5/day, a $500 espresso machine would probably pay for itself eventually!

The one small problem is that I only buy a latte as an excuse to get out of the house.

Put the machine in the garage?

I’m happy i bought mine. Id happily spend 1k+ to replace it (i spent 400 on fb). I drink mostly ameicanos, but i like the freshness of the result compared to my moccamaster… nothing wrong with the drip coffee, but it just fades quickly.

So maybe it’s a fancy keurig to me. I can make 2-3 cups of regular, and then change it to decaf. No k cups filling up the trash. I can use any coffee, and get a nice fresh cup in about 2 minutes.

Step outside for a smoke

Can do this 40 times a day!

I bought a t-shirt I ‘made’ on zazzle using a kay nielsen print. I like fairytales.

I got invited to amazon vine, where they ship free stuff in exchange for a review.
They have a contraption that lets you put line on fishing reels. Looks like a small fishing rod where you put the reel on where you’d expect, and on the other end you put the spool of line. Then just reel it in. Good because twisted/coiled line is a thing when coming off a spool. Also good because it’s better than what I do know, stuff like trying to hold the spool with my feet then chasing it around the garage floor when it drops.
But I keep getting an error when I order. So mostly a ‘would like to buy these today’ but there’s not thread for that.

I bought it last time. It’s pretty good. Approximately as good as the other ones I drink. …imo

One of my subwoofers died. It was really old, I think early 1990s. I paid $75 for it about six years ago so it had a good run.

A friend in Texas is a dealer and he is sending me a replacement at an incredible price. It’s a 13” sub with 1,000w behind it, I’d planned on getting a smaller one but here we are.

Bought new outdoor speaker setup for my patio to properly integrate that in with the rest of the house.

This will free up a 20 year old A/V receiver running 130x6! I dropped off an even older 110x5 receiver a few years ago at the local thrift store and sort of regretted later that once I had my garage a bit more organized. Should be perfect for that…I can stream Spotify to an old device and through a headphone to RCA adapter, just need to pick up some old cheap speakers.

Thinking about this, but neighbors are pretty close by.
Just using a bluetooth speaker for now.

Installed the outdoor tv outside. Heavy as F.
Thought i needed an outlet, but there was a door on the junction box, and voila! outlet!

Ended up grabbing this guy for $550. It doesn’t have a touchpad, and the coffee is finite bars and not very artisanal, but it can make any drink and is fully automatic, pew-pew-pew-pew.
