Help find a cure for COVID-19, Cancer, Ebola, AIDS, and other stuff

Got my computer update sorted out, only 12 threads instead of 16 so I expect to be left in the dust by mbplatt.
Got Windows 11 on it, slightly different look but nothing mind-blowing.

It turns out Africa Rainfall Project was not checked in my list of projects!!! My first ARP project in forever is now 6.5% done after a little more than 2 hours!!! :hourglass_flowing_sand:

The FAQ page says it’s a FORTRAN based simulation that needs way more resources than the typical WCG project. :grimacing:

ETA: 25% after 11.5 hours!!!

I’m projecting 60-70 hours for the ARP unit on my personal laptop. :man_shrugging:

ETA: I have suspended all other work units and pushed up CPU usage to 90%.

I had an ARP unit on my work laptop that hit 75% after 18 hours at 80% of CPU. After cranking the CPU to 95%, it finished at about the 20 hour mark.

SMASH it! STOP it!

Current ARP unit on my personal laptop is 27.5% after 11.5 hours. I cranked the CPU usage to 95%!!

The forecast calls for a 95% chance of rain in Africa!!!
