first thought for me was tom petty - dont come around here, but I knew it was a little too fast and it wasn’t even an option to pick. Then it became clear on 2nd try.
I could see your first thought fitting the first second. For some reason my first thought in the first second was Joy Division, but I wasn’t sure of the song so I just guessed one of their songs that was in the list. Agree by the second snippet it was obvious.
