Have a happy leap year day, to all of those out there that have to work an extra day this month and not get paid an extra penny for it. On 2/29 we all work for free.

I’m making up for the last 3 years of working 1/4 less days each year
Fixed, for accuracy, from a certain point of view (management’s).
Fortunately, all my costs are in Canadian dollars, so it works out.
I have heard a Canadian Tuxedo is now up to about 120 loonies ! ! !

In non-Leap years, I work 2-3 days less in February for the same pay as in other months.
In Leap Year, I still work 1-2 days less than other months for the same pay. 
Those paid biweekly get paid the same in February, a day earlier in the month every month thereafter.
