Far better to offer some sort of discount for showing that you’re using a “re-usable” straw.

You don’t know the Trolley Ethical Dilemma?
ah, yes, thank you.
Reusable straws are very hard to clean.
Pipe cleaners?
I mean I have one of those brush thingies. But I have peered into a couple straws at my house recently and seen what looks like mold. And you can’t really tell with the metal version.
We put ours in the dishwasher. Seems to work.
Serious question, what all do you use straws for?
I tend to not use them in restaurants anymore
Though do prefer them if ice in the glass or something like a milkshake
If have takeout drink in my car, need a straw (if not a lid made to drink from)
I put them in the dishwasher too, but they still got moldy.
We have a few cups with lids that take straws. I don’t use them any more but my daughter does.
Hmm, maybe I don’t want to look inside ours…
I handwash mine and let them soak in the sink while i clean other dishes, then use a pipecleaner and rinse thoroughly and let them airdry. It seems to work fairly well…
Don’t they make straw cleaners?
Yes, they do, BG.
