Original on Facebook was even better, since it was a moving gif, but I didn’t know how to reproduce that. I did have to be slightly careful with timing to get an interesting screenshot.

Apparently candy banana flavor is based off standard 1930s bananas which they stopped growing due to fungus infecting most trees (bananas are all clones so susceptible to infection super easily)

I’ve heard that before but I never looked it up to see if it was true, pretty cool.
I also heard somewhere that when the artificial banana flavor was developed hardly anyone in the US had ever tasted a banana

FWIW, the banana flavor is my favorite laffy taffy. I don’t care that it doesn’t taste like a banana.

There’s a math error in there.
Either the numerator needs to be “Distanceraptor²”, or the denominator needs to be “Time”.
