I rarely drink alcohol and don’t play drinking games but still think this is a pretty cool idea…maybe fill them with mt dew & then up the ante by playing after 5:00pm:

I’ve always thought that about the rankings on performance evaluations - below expectations, meets expectations, exceeds expectations. But if you exceed expectations this year, that’s just the new expectation for next year. If next year you hit your previous year’s expectations, you’re now below your new increased expectations. So I guess ideally you’d really want to ration your exceedings.
I see it as the expecation of an average worker, not of the individual.
