I actually do maintain the ability to send/receive faxes due to my and my wife’s health issues.
While even in that space, technology is moving beyond faxes…I think among our doctors there are four or five different “patient portals” being used, and remembering which doctor is using which version of which portal, along with keeping up with different logins and passwords (and sharing that information between my wife and I)…I’m sticking with faxes. It’s the lowest common denominator, it’s simple, and it works for now.
