Different councils contract with different bakers. Around here, certain councils will have one set of cookies and another council will have some different types. Most overlap, but you do sometimes get differences.
Oh I know there are differences from one bakery to the other. I think there are only two in the whole country though. And I thought the prices were consistent… at least across common varieties.
I’ve wished there were a water vapor only version, maybe that would decrease nail biting.

I would think “most responsible” would be the way they pick rather than “favorite” though.
I can one-up that. On a road trip I was directed to a Dunkin’ Donuts inside a military base. Uh… I don’t have a DoD id. This is not a possibility for me.
Just last weekend I was directed to an ATM inside a locked office building.
