Baguettes, olives, deli mustard, pickles. Maybe some fruit. Oh, hummus.
If you scour the fridge and pantry you can usually come up with something.

I’m really partial to long-aged goudas.
I’ve had dozens of tasty Alpine cheeses.
Overall, I prefer hard cheeses to soft.
Otherwise, I prefer to have 3-5 different texture/flavor varieties and snack on them together.
[I really miss the awesome cheese shop we had about 15 miles away; the owners retired in early 2020 after over 60 years of running it].
I guess Eric Adams won’t be visiting this thread to share his favorite cheese. Or Cheez

Tried camembert. Still like brie better. Tastes funkier to me.
Camembert is a bit runnier than I like, but some people don’t care how f**king runny it is. I know that cats enjoy it.
