Does this friend happen to live in Canada?
Nope. Here in the US. I might call as well but I’m getting nervous they might trace my phone number back to my candidate number and fail me. Not worth it to me.

At the stage where they making sure too many hard working people don’t get credentialed. Picking candidate numbers out of a hat till the quota gets filled? Who knows? Since they refuse to be transparent, we can only speculate.
