My bet is 9 is the last and 7 is second to last.
I’d bet on 8 being later, but I’m not sure.

I also don’t think there’s any guarantee that we’re going to get 1 per day or that 2 couldn’t come out on one day etc.
7 might be last if there were a lot more people sitting for it compared to 9. But it sounds like 9 was a trickier exam, so it might be harder to grade. 8 probably had a low number of people sitting, and I’d imagine would release earlier if that’s true.
It’s only crazy to double up if it doesn’t work!
