Those are right-hand (or both-hand) activities, so I can see why a mouse is less used (unless you’re, gasp, left-handed mousing).

I saw a news story quite a while ago…I think it was about the guy who invented the mouse…maybe/maybe not…anyway, he also had an idea for a one-handed keyboard for the other hand…this idea, of course, never caught on…the newscaster, not named Willard, btw, [adverbly] interjected, “Perhaps, it would’ve caught on if he had called it the ‘cat’.”
it does seem weird that I’m able to use the keyboard with my left hand and mouse with right hand with little impediment.
But can’t draw a square with left and circle with right.
I mouse right and write left, which is pretty handy.
