It’s that time of year when gardens are plentiful. I am trying to incorporate eating at least once a day from the garden.
This AM:
Cut up into small pieces for a salad
One leaf of curly kale
Small onion
Jalapeno
Tomato
Carrot
Lettuces seem to have given up (went to seed). So trying to plant more of this. I enjoyed making my lunch with a few leaves.
Other items I have that are still young:
Green Pepper
Yellow Squash
Zucchini
Eggplant
Popcorn
Strawberry
Raspberry
Blueberry
