To nitpick: Regeneron is the name of the company. Trump got a cocktail of two monoclonal antibodies that they have manufactured and are testing. I don’t actually know if the treatment has a “brand name” yet.
Oh, googling, I see they are calling it " REGN-COV2 ANTIBODY COCKTAIL" in the official announcements. I assume it will get a sexier name if it’s approved and marketed.

The last 24 hours has been insane. Shoving himself in a car with the secret service and probably many others within 6 feet so he could wave like a child to his cult of supporters, the crazy series of tweets this morning, going back to the While House probably still very contagious and still very much at risk of having additional complications.
I read that Don Jr. wanted to stage an intervention but the other “kids” wouldn’t go along with it.
There is speculation he was positive at the debate last week. He showed up too late for the pre-debate test to be taken that all had agreed to. Number doctor slip ups have him positive Wednesday, and he had supposedly started treatments Thursday before his fundraiser.

Euphoria is a common side effect of dexamethasone. So is feeling healthier. I was chatting with people on another site who had relatives on it during cancer treatment.

I still think he’ll likely pull through – he has access to every possible treatment (which can be a bad thing, but might be good in this case, especially the monoclonal antibodies) but how he “feels” right now is not an especially meaningful indicator.
Exactly. I was car racing the day after chemo because they had given me that (or some steroid, but I think it was dex). Then later it hits like a ton of bricks. The bricks are coming. I give him 60/40 odds.
The federal government is saying that it’s impossible to stop the spread, so they admit that they never really tried.

Mike Pence has 5 aids who tested positive for COVID-19 who he was in contact with. he tested negative, but according to CDC guidelines he is supposed to quarantine, but of course he’s not.

the only surprising aspect of this news is that it took this long for Rudy to contract the virus.
Yeah, I was at a large group event (virtual) and someone mentioned that Giuliani had it, and everyone kinda said, “how unsurprising” and the conversation moved on.
I’m surprised they haven’t started passing out vaccines to all Trump’s buddies before anyone else gets any.
