Day started with trying to brew coffee with yesterdayās grinds and no water, and grabbing the canned dog food instead of jam. I think itās in everyoneās best interest for me to NGAF today.

My boss and boss-adjacent are both off today, and the only meeting I had scheduled was rescheduled for Monday, and I only have two projects Iām currently working on and both are long-term projects (although one is also very high profile, so if I donāt start making progress on it sooner than later, it will be noticed, but it definitely doesnāt need to be today).
Donāt think Iāll even change out of my bathrobe.

ETA: and booking a hair cut, Iām in bad shape there and was waiting for omicron to die down a bit.

Eh, I think Iāll get started on the honey-do list for the weekend.
If I quit screwing around, I have about 2 hours worth of work to do. Instead Iām on GoA.
I didnāt even know people used bathrobes outside of hotel rooms. Why not just throw a pair of pajama bottoms and a sweatshirt on?
I usually wear mine over those things. Warm and comfy.
Sometimes when I donāt want people to judge me for wearing my bathrobe in a restaurant I tell them that it is a wrap dress.

Plenty to do, but struggling to make it happen, even though it means I will be working this weekend. Actually, it is probably the fact I was already planning/expecting to be working this weekend that is part of the problem.
Sweet jeebus, itās been a week. Board meeting is coming up and slides are due this week, I worked until 8:30PM on Wed, managed to get out by 6:00 last night but it was busy. Today has mostly sucked but the Slack traffic is slowing down as people either get what they needed or realize they donāt have time to get it. If you wait until the last minute, then it only takes a minute.
IT is going to install Tableau and a Snowflake driver on my new PC in 10 minutes, and then the amount of F that I G is going to taper off quickly I suspect.

Mondayās a holiday, but I plan to work on the weekend to make a dent in my stuff.
